Can I reserve a seat in advance?
No. The discount is subject to PC availability when you arrive.
What if my wash is shorter than my session?
Your session length is tied to the wash tier you booked — Basic gets an hour, Premium two, Elite three. Unused time doesn't carry over to another visit.
Can someone else use my discount?
No. One discounted session per paid booking, non-transferable, at ZED Gaming Khalifa City only.
