Standard, Sports and VIP
Standard is the everyday recovery option. Sports is worth considering for a sports car or low-clearance vehicle. VIP is the third available tier. Explain vehicle condition, loading limitations and any special transport requirement so the operator can assess the request. A tier name alone does not guarantee enclosed transport or a particular truck.

How fast is dispatch?
Dispatch is available 24/7. A truck is dispatched after payment is confirmed, and availability, road access and traffic affect arrival. Can I book recovery for an accident car?
You can request recovery, but first follow the local police reporting and vehicle-movement instructions. Describe the damage, whether the wheels roll and any access obstruction. The operator needs these details to assess collection; a booking does not replace emergency assistance or authorisation to move an accident vehicle.
Can you drop the car off in another emirate?
